Arlene was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and came to live in the United States by way of Canada and Australia. In 1960 she and her parents arrived in Southern California where she lived in the South Bay area. She began her real estate career in Anaheim OC. She has been a Broker for over 29 years and has a vast knowledge of a variety of types of real estate. She started by selling residential real estate in Anaheim. She then moved to Palm Springs in 1979 where she specialized in marketing small hotels and businesses. Later she moved into the private resort sales and rental business. She moved to Joshua Tree in 1994 where she has continued her real estate career. AJ enjoys traveling as you can see she began at an early age, always coming home to the beauty of our desert. She loves living at the doorstep to our Joshua Tree National Park.

Kathy has owned property in the High Desert for 30 years. She first obtained her Real Estate license in 1977 starting her career in the housing industry. She entered a brand new sector of real estate in the early 1980’s and continued for 15 years as a Time Share Sales Manager working in many different locations in North America. Returning to Southern California and joining “AJ” doing RV resort sales and rentals in the lower desert. She loves walking her boys Sherlock and Holmes, two rescued basset hounds, every morning through the desert. In all of her world travels she says there is nothing to compare with Joshua Tree and chooses to make it her home.
